Ah Copenhagen. Between your sparkling canals, cobblestone side streets, classic and minimal Scandinavian architecture – what’s not to love. You might very well be my single most favorite city in the world.
Even excluding the Michelin star restaurants which basically dot every other block, I cannot overstate how wonderful the food and beverage scene is here. If you can’t snag a table at Noma, you will not be disappointed by any of the options this city has to offer. It never hurts having Mikkeller basically run this cities culture through concerts, festivals, and piles of bars and restaurants either.
